Flavour leads everything I make: light sponge, thoughtful fillings, and a refined Swiss meringue buttercream finish.
Please choose one flavour per cake (or one per tier for stacked designs). You’re welcome to omit components (e.g., nuts, a curd or jam), but I don’t add new items or create flavours on request.
size & Servings
Your cake will be sized to your guest count and service style. The two usual ones are the Party Serving: [1” x 2” x 6”] or [1” x 2” x 8”] and Dessert Serving: [1” x 2” x 3”].
I usually base my servings on the Dessert Serving slice.

All cakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts and soy, so they’re not suitable for those with allergies.
Collection & Care
Collect from my studio at the time we agree. Transport the cake flat in the boot on a non-slip mat, keep it cool and out of direct sun, and drive carefully. I’ll provide simple care notes on collection.
