Flavour leads everything I make. Each cake is baked from scratch with high-quality ingredients, layered with thoughtful fillings and finished in silky Swiss meringue buttercream—balanced, not too sweet, and crafted so every slice tastes as beautiful as it looks.

Design
Your cake is designed around your taste, palette and style. I listen first, then translate your ideas into a bespoke sketch, refining proportion, texture and finish until it feels unmistakably you—elegant, timeless, and made to be remembered.

Service
From the first enquiry to the last photograph, I try to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. I keep details clear, offer tastings for you to choose your favourite flavour, and on the day, I handle delivery and a professional set-up so everything is perfect for you.

enquiry

The first step is our online enquiry: share the date of your wedding, a venue/postcode, serving portions and style using the enquiry form.

It's essential for the Guide Quote that we know as much as possible about your desired cake.

Think about your wedding decoration and style, is it a modern and minimalist wedding, boho and rustic, classy and elegant? Think about your colour palette, the cake finish: buttercream, ganache or fondant, the cake flavour, if you'd like flowers or a vintage piping... Inspiration images or a moodboard are welcome! 

 

I’ll confirm availability and send a guide quote within 72 business hours. If you’d like to proceed, a £100 non-returnable booking fee secures your date.

Size & Design

When thinking about your cake, you should first think about your design. If you like a three-tier cake, but you are having a small wedding, we can use dummy cakes or cake spacers to give it the look you've dreamed of.

For servings, I’ll recommend sizes for your guest count, but the two usual ones are the Party Serving: 1” x 2” x 7” and Dessert Serving:   1” x 2” x 3”. I usually base my servings on the Dessert Serving slice.
 

Taste with Confidence

For flavours, you can choose one flavour per tier from the Signature Menu. You’re welcome to omit components (e.g., nuts, a curd or jam), but I don’t add new items or create flavours on request.

If you’d like to taste before finalising, you can order a Cake Taster Box: choose four or six flavours from the Signature Menu. Each box includes your selected slices, two spoons, a flavour notes & rating card, and my business card. Boxes can be posted (shipping not included) or collected from my studio.

 

Cakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts and soy—not suitable for severe allergies.
