
Flavour Menu
Flavour leads everything I make. Each recipe is developed for balance and elegance—light sponge, thoughtful fillings, and a refined finish—so every slice tastes as beautiful as it looks. My menu is carefully curated and tested, pairing textures and tastes that feel celebratory without being heavy or sweet.
All cakes are made from scratch with high-quality ingredients, and I work with Swiss meringue buttercream for its silky, not-too-sweet finish, and use house-made elements such as curds, compôtes, jams and ganache where noted. The result is a considered, flavour-first cake designed around your day.
Very Berry Vanilla
Vanilla bean sponge, mixed-berry jam, vanilla bean buttercream.
White Chocolate & Raspberry
Vanilla sponge, white-chocolate ganache, raspberry jam.
Chocolate & Salted Caramel
Chocolate fudge sponge, salted caramel, chocolate buttercream.
White Chocolate & Passion Fruit
Vanilla sponge, white-chocolate truffle, passion-fruit jam.
Lemon & Poppyseed
Zesty lemon and poppyseed sponge, lemon curd and vanilla buttercream.
Double Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate fudge sponge with a milk-chocolate fudge filling.
Churros
Cinnamon sponge, dulce de leche, walnuts and cinnamon buttercream.
(Walnuts can be omitted for a nut-free version.)
Notes
Please choose one flavour per tier. You’re welcome to omit components—for example, nuts, a curd or jam. However, I don’t add new items or create flavours on request.
All cakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts and soy, so they’re not suitable for those with allergies.
